Casa Verano sits high on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean with sweeping views to the valleys and neighboring mountains. It is comprised of four bedroom suites and three baths. The high ceilings in great room, kitchen and outdoor living and dinning room with sliding and French doors create an ocean breeze filled environment. Sit anywhere in this 4500 square foot house and just watch the world go by.

As you enter the house from the portico, you are immediately blown away by the size of the living space both inside and out. Three steps lead you down into the outdoor living/dining room and terraces surrounding the infinity pool and 230 degree views. This private community has only a select amount of building sites and this home is built on the projects most western point.

The master suite is a series of three rooms with the bedroom opening onto its own patio with lounge chairs. A very spacious master bath, an open closet/dressing room with desk and built in storage.
